Help is one click away, on every desktop.

Anyone at your company clicks Get help. An AI colleague you pick answers first, from your docs. When a person is needed, your owners and admins are called in and can see the member’s screen. No separate help-desk tool to buy.

Step 1 of 4
  1. Get help

A button on every desktop. The member says what’s wrong in their own words.

  2. The AI answers first

The colleague you pick as first responder takes the request in seconds and answers from your docs. Nobody gets rung for a question the docs can answer.

  3. Get a person

One click calls your owners and admins. The AI stays in the room and takes notes.

  4. See the screen

The member shares their screen; the helper watches in a window of their own. No camera, and talking is optional.

Coming next: with the member’s permission, a helper can take control of their Mac through the Kapable app. That version is built and not yet released. Support is for your own team: requests go to your admins, not to Kapable.

Every request is on the record.

Each request keeps its thread, who helped, and how it ended. Admins see open requests in one queue. When a request closes, its room closes with it.

Kapable is in closed beta. Request access, and your answers from the home page go with the request. Nothing is sent until you press the button.
